1) Local contact to resolve any issues that arise and holds a set of house keys
2) Regular security checks: windows, doors locked, exterior fixtures and furniture, water leaks, power outs.
3) Regular checks of utilities including ensuring bills have been paid if done by direct debit, ordering gas and wood.
4) Organising your gardner and cleaner according to your instructions.
5) Effect maintenance and repair jobs to ensure house is maintained in good condition or arrange builders, plumbers or electricians as required.
6) Alerts if things in the house need updating or for renewal of linens etc etc ( in cae of rental)
7) Arranges pick-up and return guests to airport
