Only 10 Minutes from Panicale and 2 moniutes from Paciano villages by car. The Villa is about 300 square meters. on 2 floors. 7 bedrooms + 5 full bathrooms ( 4 matrimonial bedrooms + 3 twin bedrooms).
Equipped kitchens with everything you need. Tv, wifi. Pergolas to eat outside al fresco.

We are 2 minutes form Markets ( Conad, butcher's shop, restaurants, bars), church, lake and 50 hour to Perugia international airport with Flights from London, Monaco, and other main European cities. You can visit Both Umbria and Tuscany with lots of interesting medieval towns like Cortona, Gubbio, Perugia, Corciano, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Florence, Siena, Fabriano ..).
The swimming pool has a nice angular roman stairs to enter from a corner where water is 1.50 meters. then from the middle there is a "pool hoppers" that goes' till to 2.50 mt. with a "safety step" (at the pool perimeter has a safety step high 1.50 mt.).
11 hectares of land all around the Villa, surrounded by Olives and trees around and lots quiet and Nature! You will really enjoy your holidays in Umbria, relaxing and sleeping in a great peaceful area into Forest!
