Guests have exclusive use of the delightful 12 x 6 swimming pool, with Roman steps, which lies in an extremely panoramic position and from where you can enjoy the view in complete relaxation.
Or you may care to wine and dine to your hearts content in the cool of the shady patio.
This homely villa is of typical Umbrian style with beamed ceiling and Terra cotta floors and has every modern comfort. In Panicale you can take stroll down the ancient streets or wonder through the Piazza discovering the little bars and restaurants offering excellent local cuisine. From the local train station (15 km) you can take trains to Arezzo Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Rome.
