The holiday house "Il Pollaio" is an independent typical house on the ground floor of an ancient historical Palace. The house is 130 sq.m and it's located in the historical center of Panicale - 20 meters walking distance from the main Piazza with bars, restaurants and all the amenities (Piazza Umberto I).
The apartment, at 2 Viale Regina Margherita, is completely built into the Etruscan rock walls that surround the historical center of Panicale. You can see the original and wonderful stone ceilings in the whole house.
